Amazing Outdoors offers backcountry skis for renting and guided backcountry ski trips in the beautiful nature of Ellivuori. Feel free to ask for the additional service of eating in the wilderness. The renting and trips will be done if the weather allows it, and there is enough snow.

An exhilarating, participatory and educational trail with checkpoints takes your group out into the wilderness to test your survival skills. Our experienced wilderness guides will lead your group through different functions and challenges, which anyone could run into while out in nature. On this track, everyone gets to experience, do and participate as much as they want and can.

You don’t need previous experience in survival skills, but even a steadfast scout will enjoy the challenges that the group must face together.

The Finnish Forest Mind- method is a unique combination of nature’s healing and mind skill-enhancing exercises. On the Forest Mind well-being trip, our trained Forest Mind guides will take you into the unique environment of Ellivuori. You will unwind in nature, do guided Forest Mind exercises, and experience the refreshing and relaxing influence of nature. The forest environment naturally supports the training of mind skills. It helps us to stop in our tracks, to be present, and to let go of stress. Combine the additional services you want with the Forest Mind trip, for example eating at the lean-to.
